Please read the following cancellation policy for all Games and Party bookings.
Life Games (includes birthday party booking).
Payment must be received in full to confirm the booking.
If cancelled within 14 days and up to 2 days prior to the party date a $75.00 admin. fee will be retained
If cancelled within 48 hours of the party date a $100.00 fee will be retained.
If cancelled on the day full payment will apply. No refund.
If cancelled leading up to the event day due to extreme weather conditions predicted and you are transferring the booking to another day a $50.00 fee will be retained and a new booking will need to be made with the booking office.
If cancelling on the day due to extreme weather conditions and you are transferring the booking to another day a $100.00 fee will be retained and a new booking will need to be made with the booking office.
